Shipping policy

We can only accept orders to be delivered to mainland United Kingdom of Great Britain. Deliveries outside of mainland UK cannot be accepted, this may change in the future. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. During peak mail order periods (such as - Bank Holidays, Christmas or other promotional activities), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible. 

Standard delivery is charged from £7 per order (mainland UK) 
For all orders over £50 (before shipping cost), delivery is FREE 

DELIVERY GUIDE 

Orders are shipped Mon-Thurs.

Orders received on weekends are dispatched usually on Monday/Tuesday.

Despatch time: 1-2 working days.

Delivery time: 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holiday)

DPD / DHL
This is the method of delivery for orders. Typically, parcels should arrive on a next working day from dispatch and the level of service is very good. Please note that most parcels sent are relatively bulky and will not fit through a letter box, but if no-one is home DPD / DHL will leave a card through the door or send a text message if the parcel cannot be left or you can use the tracking number provided to arrange an alternative day. 
Although you can add your own delivery instructions for the parcel to be left in your absence if you choose (under these circumstances, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss).

STORE PICKUP POLICY

  • You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please wait for the pickup notification before coming to the store
  • Bring your confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting your order.
  • If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please let us know in advance and ensure they bring the order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
  • Orders will be held for 7 days from the date you receive the pickup notification. If your order is not collected within this period, it may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our return and refund policy.
  • Please inspect your order before leaving the store. Any issues should be reported to a member of staff immediately.
  • Store pickup is available during 11am to 4pm on Wednesdays only.

Delivery Weight 

The weight of an order is the combined pack weight of product and the weight of its delivery packaging. Weights displayed on the site are the product pack weights only.
