Origin

The Hoop is a manual coffee brewer created by Ceado. It is classified as a no-bypass brewer, meaning 100% of the water you pour must pass through the coffee bed, leading to a very consistent and high-quality extraction.

How it Works: "Radial Infusion"

Unlike a V60 where you pour water directly onto the coffee, the Hoop uses a two-part design:

• The Water Crown (Outer Loop): You pour your water into the outer ring of the device.
• The Flow Tower (Central Column): The water enters the coffee chamber through small holes at the base of the tower. This allows the water to reach the coffee grounds evenly from the bottom up and sides, preventing "channelling" (where water finds a path of least resistance).
